Our Return/Refund Policy

Each item is inspected prior to delivery however mistakes happen during transit so for your convenience their is a 72hr window for a full refund/credit on damaged goods (ONLY)

Any items that were over ordered after being accepted at delivery or deemed undeliverable due to credit card info and I.d not matching up and/or patron appearing physically intoxicated will be accepted as a return but subject to a 30% restocking fee and the address in question listed on our do not deliver to list.

We offer exchange/or credit of equal value on any items that are reported damaged and in its original packaging within 72hrs of original delivery date and time by calling (215) 763-2546 or emailing

We will not accept returns on kegs (no exeption) or any items that appear to have been used.
